On December 15, 2021, from 7:25 to 7:55 am PST, some calls to Avalara services may have failed en route. The issue was caused by a third party cloud service provider's intermittent internet connectivity. Avalara's service reliability team worked with our third party vendor to address the issue and continue to monitor closely
