Resolved - Between 3:00 pm yesterday and 12:45 pm PST today, some Avatax accounts using Sage 300, Salesforce, and Oracle EBS connectors and multi-address features encountered a tax processing issue. The underlying issue has been resolved and all systems are functioning normally now.

Identified - Avalara has identified an issue with accounts using Sage 300, Salesforce, and Oracle EBS connectors and multi-address features that is causing a tax processing issue with these accounts. We have identified the issue and a resolution is currently being rolled out. ETA for resolution of this issue is 1 hour. We will provide an update when this issue is resolved.

Update - The AvaTax service has been experiencing periods of high latency. Some customers may be seeing average latencies up to 1 second for processing. The team has identified the root cause of this performance impact and are actively working on a resolution. We expect a resolution soon.
